We provides building permits pertaining to second unit, In-law suit, finish basement, Basement walkout, side entrance and decks. We have certified licensed team who can help to prepare basement designs as per Ontario Building Code standards. Our team specializes in preparing and submitting the application to city within 24 hours.

We provide full service from site measurement to final registration. Our service is not just restricted to handing over the permit, we do support our customers during construction and inspections. Any queries at any stage of the project are welcome to be resolved."
